Our Under 18s mark an exciting stage in the Rainford Ladies journey — where players transition from youth football into the senior game. This team focuses on developing technical quality, tactical understanding and mental resilience while maintaining the fun, team spirit and togetherness that define our club.
Players are encouraged to take greater responsibility, show leadership and prepare for the next step — whether that’s Open Age football, coaching, refereeing or volunteering within the club.

We recommend booking ahead to secure a space, but we also welcome newcomers — just get in touch to check availability.
