Our Under 13s are growing in confidence and competitiveness, taking everything they’ve learned and applying it in real match situations. Players have every opportunity to challenge themselves, improve and enjoy the game.
This stage focuses on development, discipline and teamwork, with players learning to make smart decisions on and off the ball. Every training session encourages effort, respect and enjoyment — the heart of what Rainford Ladies Athletic is all about.

Comfortable sportswear, trainers or football boots, a drink, and plenty of enthusiasm! We provide all footballs and equipment.
We recommend booking ahead to secure a space, but we also welcome newcomers — just get in touch to check availability.
