She Inspires is all about enjoying football in a relaxed, friendly and welcoming environment. Designed for women aged 18 and over, these sessions focus on fitness, confidence and fun — no pressure, no league tables, just great people and great energy.
Whether you’re completely new to football, returning after time away, or simply want to stay active and social, She Inspires is the perfect place to play at your own pace, make friends and feel part of the Rainford Ladies family.
