Rainford Ladies Athletic is built on the passion, commitment and care of our amazing coaches and volunteers. From the sidelines to the training pitch, they are the heartbeat of our club — helping every player feel supported, encouraged and inspired.
We’re always looking for new people to join our team, whether you’re a qualified coach, a parent who wants to get involved, or someone who simply loves football and community spirit.
Our coaches play a vital role in shaping confident, capable players. We support coaches of all experience levels — from beginners to UEFA-qualified — through ongoing development and FA-accredited training.
Every Rainford Ladies coach is FA-qualified, DBS-checked, and trained in safeguarding and emergency aid — ensuring safe, fun, and positive football for every player.
You don’t have to be a football expert to make a difference! Our volunteers keep the club running smoothly — helping with admin, events, fundraising, matchday support and more.
